The Evelyn Collection started from something I’ve always loved — food, hospitality and creating places that people genuinely enjoy being in.
I’ve spent the last few years working in kitchens, restaurants and hospitality, and along the way I started wanting to build something of my own. The Evelyn Collection is my way of bringing those ideas together, whether that’s good food through The Provisions, relaxed places to eat, or experiences that give people a reason to come back.
It’s still growing, and there’s a lot more I want to do with it. But at the heart of it, it’s just my passion for food, hospitality and creating something I can be proud of.

Sometimes you want something quick, sometimes you want to take your time. From a bowl after a long day to dinner with friends or family, The Provisions is here to make evenings a little easier — and a lot tastier.
The Manor is something I’ve been wanting to bring to life for a while.
What started as The Soleil has grown into something I feel is much more suited to what I actually want to create. So, rather than just changing the name, I’m taking the opportunity to step back, rethink it and build something that feels much more like me.
I want The Manor to feel relaxed, welcoming and a little bit different — somewhere people can enjoy good food, good company and just feel comfortable.
There’s still plenty to figure out and a lot of work to do, but I’m really excited about where it’s heading.
The Manor is currently in development.
COMING SOON
The Orchard is a little idea I’ve been really excited to bring to life — a horse trailer being transformed into a characterful, mobile bar for weddings, parties, celebrations and all sorts of events.
It’s something I’ve wanted to create for a while, and I’m looking forward to taking the trailer from an empty shell and turning it into something that feels completely our own.
There’s still plenty to plan and a lot of work ahead, but I’m excited to see where it goes and, eventually, take The Orchard out to its first event.
